Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Treatment

Otherwise known as the Vampire Facial, PRP offers targeted wrinkle and line reduction, improving overall skin tone and texture. It is also beneficial for blemishes and scarring.

A small amount of the patient’s own blood is extracted and placed in a centrifuge and spun to separate platelets and plasma from red blood cells.

When injected into the skin, growth factors are released, stimulating the skin’s own healing ability. This promotes skin recovery and smoothing as well as stimulating collagen production, which essentially enables the treated area to tighten, plump and retain a youthful looking appearance.

Results are visible within a few days after the procedure.
